How do you price the work?
The first paid step is scoped clearly. Smaller assessments and defined pieces of work can be fixed fee. Larger implementation work is priced after we understand the risk, access, users, and systems involved.
Can you help before we choose a tool?
Yes. We can assess the need, compare options, check security and fit, and help you avoid buying a platform that creates more work.
Can you work with our IT provider or vendors?
Yes. We often work beside internal teams, IT providers, and software vendors. Our role is to make ownership, decisions, and delivery clear.
Are your recommendations independent?
Yes. We do not take vendor fees or kickbacks. We recommend what fits your business, budget, risk, and team.
Will we be locked in?
No. You own the work, access, documentation, and decisions. We can support you after launch, but the setup should not depend on us.
What size of business is a fit?
We are best suited to growing businesses that need senior technology help without adding more confusion. If a large help desk or pure support contract is the real need, we will say so.
