What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, company name, region or country, and your message.
We may also receive basic technical details such as the page you used, time of submission, and spam checks.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, understand what you need, and manage the next step with you.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it
Form messages are sent to Implemit through Resend. The website is hosted on Render.
Optional website analytics and lead-funnel events are processed by PostHog through its EU cloud endpoint when analytics consent is active.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal duties, and protect the business.
You can ask us to correct or delete your details where the law allows.
Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog to understand page views, CTA clicks, resource interactions, and lead-form outcomes.
PostHog events may include page paths, browser or session identifiers, interaction details, region, and form status. We do not send form message text to PostHog.
